My Dear Families,

It’s a New Day; what a Beautiful thing.

I am Thankful for You.

It’s not rare to find someone, perhaps even Yourself, who has had their Life changed for the better after reading a particular book.

Think about it…

A Life… changed after 1 book. Big words.

That’s because Reading can be a very Powerful Source of Inspiration.

For me it’s very definite and clear. It’s even a technical thing for it is important to my creative process. It is a direct and very powerful reference for my writing. It opens the doors to access a lil more of my creativity.

One awesome thing about a book is that is doesn’t give you the visuals, You are creating them as you go, page by page. It’s like a collaboration with the author; the Story is provided for you and in turn You are the one who gives it the images and look.

Every book is different. I’m reading Atlas Shrugged right now. I swear I think I feel smarter every time I read it. Such interesting and beautiful words; it’s like I can feel the intellect of the author and it challenges me to be present and pay attention.

I’ll never forget the first book that made a deep impression in my Life. I was just a teenager and read this book titled The Drowned One, by Tristan Solarte, a Panamanian author. I knew for sure, after reading that book, that I would grow up to be involved in the Arts.

Some of my other faves amongst many are The Divine Comedy and The Autobiography of Malcolm X.
